 This canine aristocrat resides at Ditchwater Hall where he guards the Duke and Duchess of Ditchwater. 

The Duchess is a very outspoken lady, and Winston says, "NOBODY HAS OUTSPOKEN HER YET!" 

After he'd heard the Duke say "I have half a mind to enter politics" Winston said, "That's all anyone needs to enter politics: Half a Mind!". But he says he doesn't really like 'Political Jokes' as 'too many of them get elected...'.

Winston expresses opinions on many personalities - political and otherwise - making comments and remarks on various individuals. 

For example... "HE HAD 20 LOVE BITES ON HIS NECK - MOSTLY SELF-INFLICTED!"
"HE MAY BE IN WHO'S WHO, BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S WHAT!"

Winston includes in his routine a Winston Churchill impression, reciting excerpts from the great man's famous 'Wartime Speeches' (We shall fight on the beaches! etc) with the 'Pomp and Circumstance' music (Land of Hope and Glory) playing in the background.
